CANCELLATION DIRECTIVES
Within 30 days prior to your arrival, the deposit can be used during another stay within the end of the year;
29 to 15 days prior to expected arrival: 30%;
14 to 7 days prior to expected arrival 50%;
6 days or less prior to expected arrival/no show 100%.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure or change of the dates of arrival/departure the booking price is charged in full.
Covid-19: In case of a new lock down or a Covid-infection inside your family, the cancellation is free of charge (medical certificate required).
You can use the deposit for a future stay in our hotel within the end of the year or it will be refunded in full.
Note: cancellation directives replace the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumers Directive of the European Union.

The booking is binding with a 20% deposit of the total amount.

In case of partial or complete cancellation we reserve the right to withhold the deposit as required by Italian Civil Code art. 1385 and 1386.

RULES FOR PETSI
Your pets are welcome in our hotel! We will ask a daily fee of € 28,00 to cover the cleaning expenses. We ask a prior notice at the time of booking;
To avoid any possible inconvenience, please keep your dog on a leash at all times, both inside the hotel and in the outdoor areas. Pets accompanied by their owners are welcome at the bar, the stube and in the main hall; however, they are not allowed to enter other common areas including the dining hall, playroom, fitness studio, spa and garden;
Please, do not leave your pets unattended in the room for more than two hours (day and night);
It is forbidden to let your pets go on beds, sofas, chairs or tables. If the staff members should notice any damage on bed linen, towels or napkins, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the damaged goods;
For safety reason, the cleaning staff will not be cleaning rooms where pets have been left unattended. If you are in your room at the time the cleaning staff show up, we ask that you kindly keep your dog on a leash. To facilitate organisation, please inform reception of your most convenient time for room cleaning.
